On September 21, 2025, Heritage Valley Loft Hall in Kuala Lumpur came alive with energy, resilience and healing at the Fit & Flow Experience. More than a fitness event, it was a space where over 50 participants came together to move, sweat, connect and restore.
Created by Tina Ka of TINKAFIT and Nas of Fit for Life +, the gathering combined yoga, bodyweight training, an invigorating ice bath, sound healing and community-building challenges within four powerful hours.
KL’s Fitness & Wellness Reset
Fit & Flow was designed to prove that wellness is not only about physical strength. It is also about balance, community and self-discovery. The turnout was strong, the energy was contagious and the participant feedback was deeply encouraging.
For many people, it was their first time stepping into a multidimensional wellness experience. For others, it was a chance to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.
The Vision Behind Fit & Flow
The Fit & Flow Experience was born from Tina and Nas’s shared passion for creating something more meaningful than a standard fitness class.
They saw a gap in the Kuala Lumpur fitness scene: events were often either high-intensity or purely spiritual, but rarely did they bring both worlds together. Fit & Flow was designed as an intentional journey from grounding to intensity, from challenge to recovery, and from individual effort to community connection.
The Intended Flow
- Open with grounding yoga to awaken the body.
- Build intensity with bodyweight conditioning.
- Strengthen bonds with a group challenge.
- Reset with the ice bath and breathwork.
- Close with sound healing meditation.
Event Highlights
Welcome & Registration
Doors opened at 2:30 PM with music, sponsor booths and a warm welcome from the Fit & Flow team. Participants collected wristbands, welcome packs and explored the wider wellness community before the sessions began.
Yoga Flow With Pascal
Pascal led a Vinyasa flow that helped participants connect breath with movement, open the body and arrive fully in the present moment.
Bodyweight Training With Tina Ka
Tina led a 20-minute bodyweight conditioning session with squats, lunges, push-ups and core work. The session was inclusive, with options for beginners and advanced participants.
Group Challenge
The plank-hold showdown brought the entire room together. Participants cheered each other on as the final winner held for an impressive 6 minutes and 39 seconds.
Ice Bath With Contrast Garden
Contrast Garden guided participants through breathwork before the ice plunge. The experience became a collective test of resilience, with people cheering each other through the cold.
Sound Healing With Ajna Collective
As the day softened, Juinn from Ajna Collective transformed the hall with gongs, singing bowls and soothing tones. It was the final moment of restoration after an energetic afternoon.
Sponsors & Community Partners
The success of Fit & Flow was made possible by sponsors and partners who aligned with the mission of movement, recovery, healing and community wellbeing.
Participant Experience
Participants described the event as transformative, uplifting and refreshing. Many shared that the balance between intensity and stillness was unlike anything they had experienced before.
Some connected most with the ice bath, others with sound healing, but the shared highlight was the community spirit. People left with new memories, new connections and a stronger sense of what wellness can feel like.
Fit & Flow as a Wellness Movement
The first Fit & Flow Experience proved that wellness events can be both fun and deeply meaningful. Tina and Nas plan to expand Fit & Flow into corporate offices to support employee wellness, while continuing to host public experiences that unite people through movement and mindfulness.
The dream is to make Fit & Flow a flagship wellness series in Malaysia: one that inspires stronger bodies, calmer minds and more connected communities.
